Complaints Policy

Effective August 2026

Dusk is operated by Providentia LLC (“Dusk,” “we,” “us”). We want to hear about any content or conduct on Dusk that you believe is illegal, non-consensual, infringing, or otherwise in violation of our standards. This page explains how to complain, what we do with your complaint, how long it takes, and how to appeal.

1. How to make a complaint

Use the report form (no account needed) or email safety@dusk.show. Include a link or ID of the content where possible, a description of the problem, and a contact address for our response. You may report content that may be illegal, that depicts you or someone you represent without consent, that infringes your rights, or that otherwise violates our Terms of Service or content standards.

2. Timeline

We acknowledge complaints within 2 business days. All complaints are reviewed and resolved within 7 business days. Reports of non-consensual intimate imagery hide the referenced content immediately upon receipt and are resolved within 48 hours. Content that appears to involve a minor is frozen immediately, preserved, and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

3. How we review

Our review process: (a) your complaint is logged and, where it references specific content of an urgent kind, that content is hidden from the public while we review; (b) a trained member of our team examines the content together with the age-verification, identity, and consent records we keep for every person depicted; (c) a decision is made under our Terms, our content standards, and applicable law; (d) the outcome is communicated to you at the contact you provided.

4. Possible outcomes

Depending on what the investigation finds, outcomes include: no violation found (the content stays up); the content is removed and hash-blocked against re-upload; the content is restricted or edited; the responsible account is warned, suspended, or permanently terminated; earnings connected to a violation are forfeited; and, where the law requires or permits, the matter is reported to NCMEC or law enforcement.

5. Appeals

If you disagree with a decision — as the complainant, the creator, or a person depicted — reply to our resolution message or email safety@dusk.show within 30 days and your appeal will be reviewed by someone not involved in the original decision. For removal requests by a person depicted in content, see our Content Removal Policy: if there is a disagreement regarding such an appeal, we will allow the disagreement to be resolved by a neutral body, at our expense.
