Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and age

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to access or use the Platform. Dusk contains adult content. Access requires age verification; a self-attestation at sign-up does not alone grant access to content in jurisdictions where verified age assurance is required. We may verify your age and identity through third-party providers and may refuse or revoke access based on those results.

2. Accounts and verification

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Creators must complete government-ID identity and age verification before publishing. You agree that all information you provide is accurate. Public stage names are permitted; anonymous or unverified uploading is not.

3. Content and conduct

You may upload only content that: (a) you created and own or are fully authorized to distribute; (b) depicts only verified adults aged 18+ who have given documented consent to appear and to distribution; and (c) complies with all applicable laws. You may not upload, and the Platform prohibits: any content depicting minors or that sexualizes minors (including age-play or “teen”-coded themes); non-consensual or deceptively obtained content; content depicting non-consenting persons; content that is illegal, incites violence, or facilitates trafficking or commercial sexual services; content infringing others’ rights; or malware. AI-generated content depicting a real, identifiable person requires that person’s verified consent and must be disclosed.

In line with card-network standards, the Platform additionally prohibits content or themes depicting or referencing: bestiality; incest; rape or any non-consensual scenario; persons who are (or are presented as) asleep, unconscious, intoxicated, drugged, or hypnotized in sexual contexts; kidnapping, abduction, or coercion; extreme violence, gore, snuff, or asphyxiation; bodily excretions; prostitution, escorting, or any exchange of money for sex acts; unauthorized depictions of real or claimed celebrities; and voyeurism of non-consenting persons. 4. Review, moderation, and removal

All content is reviewed before publication and may be removed at any time. We use automated scanning (including for known child sexual abuse material and malware) and human review. We report apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by law and preserve related records. We honor takedown requests, including under the DMCA and for non-consensual intimate imagery, and block re-uploads of removed material.

5. Records (18 U.S.C. § 2257)

Dusk maintains age and identity records for every person depicted, in accordance with 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A. See our 2257 Compliance Statement.

6. Monetization and creator earnings

The Platform is free to watch and supported by advertising, sponsorships, viewer tips, and optional paid memberships. Eligible creators may earn a share of net advertising and sponsorship revenue based on validated watch time, may receive viewer tips (net of the published, volume-tiered platform fee), and may share in paid- membership revenue — in each case subject to the Creator Agreement, the published fee schedule, anti-fraud controls, minimum thresholds, tax documentation, and applicable holdbacks. Dusk does not guarantee any level of earnings.

7. Intellectual property

Creators retain ownership of their content and grant Dusk a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, encode, display, distribute, and promote it on and through the Platform. The Dusk name, logo, and software are our property.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms or the law. You may close your account at any time; certain records are retained where required by law.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Platform is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dusk disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Questions: support@dusk.show or the contact address in our 2257 statement.
