Anti-Human Trafficking & Content Compliance Policy

1. Policy statement
Dusk, operated by Providentia LLC, has a zero-tolerance policy for all forms of human trafficking, slavery, and forced labor. We are committed to eradicating the depiction of non-consensual sexual content, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and any content that promotes or facilitates human trafficking or physical abuse on our platform. We strictly prohibit the use of our services for any illegal activity and require full compliance from all content creators, users, employees, and partners with all applicable laws and card network rules.
2. Prohibited activities
Any activity related to human trafficking, non-consensual content, or child exploitation is strictly forbidden on our platform. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: engaging in, facilitating, or condoning any form of human trafficking or modern slavery; using forced labor or child labor in any aspect of our operations; uploading, sharing, or distributing content that depicts non-consensual sexual acts, sexual violence, or physical abuse; uploading, sharing, or distributing child sexual abuse material; using our website to advertise, solicit, or provide services that facilitate commercial sex acts involving force, fraud, coercion, or a minor; and marketing content in a way that suggests illegal activity, such as child exploitation or non-consensual acts.
3. Content and identity verification
We maintain strict procedures to ensure all content on our platform is legal, consensual, and compliant with card brand standards. Every creator and every person depicted completes government-ID identity and age verification through a specialized third-party provider before anything they appear in can be published. Clear, documented consent from every person depicted is required before publication and is kept in an append-only ledger, available for review by our acquirer or the card networks upon request. All content is pre-screened — including automated matching against known-CSAM hash databases and malware scanning — and reviewed by a trained person before publication; nothing goes live without human approval. We keep records of identity and consent verification and monthly reports of flagged content, complaints, and actions taken, as required by card network rules and 18 U.S.C. § 2257.
4. Reporting and takedown
Anyone can report potentially illegal or non-compliant content — no account needed — through our report form or at safety@dusk.show. Reported complaints are reviewed and resolved within seven (7) business days under our Complaints Policy; content found non-compliant or illegal is removed immediately and hash-blocked against re-upload. Persons depicted in content can appeal for its removal under our Content Removal Policy, and disagreements over consent may be resolved by a neutral third party at our expense. We report apparent child sexual abuse material to NCMEC as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A and preserve related records.
5. Consequences of violation
Any creator, user, employee, or partner found in violation of this policy faces immediate and decisive action: removal of all associated content; permanent suspension or termination of their account, employment, or contract; forfeiture of related earnings; and reporting of the violation to law enforcement and our financial partners and acquirers.
