Refunds & Cancellations

Effective August 2026

Dusk is operated by Providentia LLC (“Dusk,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains how payments on Dusk are handled and how to request a refund or cancel a recurring plan. It applies alongside our Terms of Service and the terms of our payment processor.

1. Our approach to refunds

Payments on Dusk are for digital goods and services delivered or made available to you immediately. We review every refund request individually and in good faith, and decide each one case by case — for example, a duplicate charge, a charge you did not authorize, or a technical problem on our side that prevented you from receiving what you paid for will be refunded.

2. Tips

Tips are voluntary payments you choose to send to a creator, and are credited to the creator promptly. If you believe a tip was sent in error, was unauthorized, or resulted from a technical fault, contact us and we will review it case by case.

3. Memberships and paid plans

Paid memberships and other recurring plans, such as an ad-free plan, renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, your plan stays active through the end of the period you have already paid for and does not renew after that. We do not automatically prorate or refund the unused part of a period, but you may ask us to review your situation and we will consider it case by case.

4. How to request a refund

Email safety@dusk.show with the date, the amount, and the billing descriptor shown on your statement, along with a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within five business days. For card payments processed by CCBill you can also contact CCBill Consumer Support directly at support.ccbill.com or +1 888 596 9279 — they handle refund requests as well.

5. Cancellations

To stop a recurring charge, cancel the plan in your account settings before the next renewal date — cancelling ends future charges, and your access continues to the end of the period you paid for. You can also cancel any CCBill-billed plan through CCBill Consumer Support at support.ccbill.com or +1 888 596 9279. If you cannot reach your settings, contact us and we will help.

6. Unauthorized charges and disputes

If you see a charge you do not recognize, please contact us — or our payment processor’s consumer support — before disputing it with your bank or card issuer. Most issues, including an unfamiliar billing descriptor, are resolved quickly once we can look them up.

7. Payments and billing descriptor

Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. The name that appears on your statement is the billing descriptor shown to you at checkout. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.

8. Changes and contact

We may update this policy from time to time; the effective date above shows when it last changed. Questions about a charge or this policy: safety@dusk.show.
