Every creator and every person depicted completes government-ID and age verification before anything they appear in can be published. Viewers pass an age check to watch. There are no anonymous uploads. Every piece of content is bound to a verified creator account.

Every person in every post has documented appearance and distribution consent, kept in an append-only ledger. The part that matters most: withdraw consent and the content comes down automatically. No email, no request queue, no waiting. Consent isn’t a checkbox at upload; it’s a live permission the person keeps control of.

Nothing reaches viewers without a trained reviewer approving it. This isn’t a policy we can quietly relax. Moderation-before-publish is enforced by the platform’s database itself, so no setting, rush, or mistake can push unreviewed content live.

Before anything can go live, every image and every video is matched against known child sexual abuse material (via Microsoft PhotoDNA) and scanned for malware. A match is frozen immediately, hash-blocked so it can never be re-uploaded, and preserved. We detect, preserve, and report apparent child sexual abuse material to NCMEC as required by law.

Anyone can report content without an account. Non-consensual intimate imagery is hidden the moment it’s reported and removed on a 48-hour service level. We honor DMCA takedowns, terminate repeat infringers, and block re-uploads of anything removed.

Age and identity records are maintained per 18 U.S.C. § 2257 / 2257A and encrypted at rest, with a designated custodian. We cooperate with valid legal process and preserve material when the law requires it.

The publish gate, the consent ledger, and the no-anonymous-uploads rule are enforced in the database. Invariants the code cannot bypass. Trust here isn’t a marketing claim; it’s a property of how the system is built.
