Dusk respects intellectual property rights and responds to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement. If you believe content on Dusk infringes a copyright you own or control, send a written notice to our designated agent with the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3): your signature, identification of the work, the URL or ID of the material, your contact details, and statements of good-faith belief and accuracy.

The fastest route is our report form — choose “Copyright (DMCA)” and include the same information. Knowingly false claims may carry liability under § 512(f).

Counter-notice. If your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send our designated agent a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g) with: your signature; identification of the removed material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury of a good-faith belief that it was removed by mistake; and your name, address, and consent to jurisdiction and to accept service. On a valid counter-notice we may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the complainant first files a court action seeking to restrain it.
